1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to th15 (the "Platform," "Website," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," "Member," or "you") and th15, governing your access to and use of our online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services.

By registering an account, accessing the th15 Platform, placing wagers, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the th15 Platform and refrain from registering an account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use th15 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. th15 operates a strict age verification policy. By registering, you warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of any winnings.

2.2 Geographic and Legal Restrictions

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal. th15 services are intended for users located in the Philippines and other jurisdictions where our operations are permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of th15 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

2.3 Account Restrictions

• You may maintain only one (1) account with th15. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete information. False or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• Employees of th15, its affiliates, and their immediate family members may be restricted from registering accounts.

2.4 Capacity to Contract

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. You are not prohibited by law, regulation, or court order from using online gaming services. You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from th15 or any other online gaming platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires providing accurate personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and chosen username and password. You consent to th15 verifying this information through third-party databases, document verification services, and identity verification procedures.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Notify th15 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure your registered email address and mobile number remain current and accessible.
• Log out completely after each gaming session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. th15 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain proper security.

3.3 Account Verification

th15 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within specified timeframes may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your th15 account using approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency where available. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposited funds are credited to your account balance and may be used for wagering on available games and services. th15 does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment processors may impose their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 3.3.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified in your account settings.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours, subject to verification and security checks.
• th15 reserves the right to request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Active bonus funds and pending wagering requirements may restrict withdrawal eligibility.

4.3 Fees and Charges

th15 does not charge fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, we reserve the right to impose administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests, dormant accounts, or chargebacks. Third-party payment processors may charge fees beyond th15's control.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Deposits made in foreign currencies are converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates, which may include a currency conversion spread. You bear all currency conversion risks and costs.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

th15 is committed to providing fair, transparent gaming experiences. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by th15 or Players. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game where applicable.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or manipulate games.
• Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantages.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions for illicit purposes.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access th15's source code or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or th15 staff.
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

Violation of Section 5.2 may result in: immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance and pending winnings, reversal of fraudulent transactions, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action to recover damages. th15's determination of prohibited activity is final and binding.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 Promotional Terms

th15 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform. Bonus eligibility, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits are specified for each promotion. You must review and accept promotional terms before claiming any bonus. Failure to comply with promotional terms may result in bonus forfeiture.

6.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, irregular wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinated play with other accounts, and any activity deemed by th15 to be intended to unfairly benefit from promotional offers. th15 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and account balances associated with bonus abuse.

6.3 VIP and Loyalty Programs

Participation in th15's VIP and loyalty programs is by invitation only. Program terms, benefits, and eligibility criteria may change at th15's sole discretion. VIP status and loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the th15 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, trademarks, service marks, and trade names, are the exclusive property of th15 or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the th15 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from th15.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

th15 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical difficulties, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. th15 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE th15 PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. th15 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, th15, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL th15's TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO th15 IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

9.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding th15 services, you should first contact our Customer Support team via live chat or email. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. Provide detailed information about your complaint, including account details, transaction references, and supporting documentation.

9.2 Escalation Process

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through Customer Support, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days, and you will receive a written response detailing our findings and proposed resolution.

9.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which th15 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of th15 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance subject to any pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

10.2 Termination by th15

th15 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail to provide requested verification documents.
• Your account remains dormant for an extended period.
• Continuation of your account poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to th15.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must cease using the Platform and may not register a new account. th15 will process withdrawal of your remaining balance subject to these Terms and applicable wagering requirements. th15 is not liable for any losses arising from account termination conducted in accordance with these Terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

By accepting these Terms, you consent to our data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy. 13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without th15's prior written consent. th15 may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

th15 is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
